We ship the majority of orders from Australia, however we are able to ship directly from Saudi Arabia if you are located in the Middle East or if it's just what you would prefer. Please note that direct shipping from Saudi Arabia is only available with prior arrangement and may incur extra charges.
Once you decide what item you'd like, click on the "Order" tab at the top of the page.
We'll create a PayPal invoice for you and send it to your email. Unless there is prior arrangement, we will send the invoice in Australian Dollars. If you would prefer to pay in other currencies, please let us know. There may be small fees for this due to conversion rates. If you're in Australia, we also accept bank transfers. Once payment is received, the item will be shipped to you within 3 business days. To avoid disappointment, we will not accept orders for pieces that are not in stock unless you arrange to pre-order the product.
Shipping is done via Australia Post and is calculated based on your country and the weight of your item(s). We are happy to provide you with a quote for shipping and if you disagree, let us know - we are always happy to work something out for you. We also offer insurance for your items and/or signature on delivery and/or tracking for an added cost. Al Firdous Designs does not charge more than what Australia Post charges, in fact we charge you less.

Internationally: The price varies from country to country, as we follow the guidelines of Australia Post. Please note that while prices seem high, we are charging less than the actual cost to send the item. All international items arrive usually within 10 days but can take up to 2 - 3 weeks if there is adverse weather. Please contact us if you need express international postage. Al Firdous Designs generally ships using Registered Post, however quotes for Regular Air Mail are also posted below. Regular Air Mail usually takes the same amount of time but has NO insurance or added security - as such, AFD cannot accept responsibility for items lost when Air Mail is used.

* Please note that once the item leaves Al Firdous Designs, we count on Australia Post and thus cannot accept liability in the event that an item is lost or damaged during the shipping process.
* If you receive an item that is damaged, please take a photo of the damage with the product in its original packaging and send it to us. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been taken out of their packaging. If it is genuine damage from the product itself (and in this we ask for your honesty inshallah), we will either refund the price of the item (excl. shipping) or gladly offer you a credit for another item. Please contact us as soon as you receive the item, if you notice a defect. Once the item is received, you have 3 business days to let us know.
* We will not accept returns for items that have stray strands of fabric around the edges of the fabric - for every design that may have these strands, a note has been put at the top of the category and thus returns will not be accepted for such items.
